Art : Concept is pleased to present Pierre-Olivier Arnaud’s fifth solo exhibition, Nouveaux Éléments, which will unfold in two parts: part. 1 (13.02 – 01.03) and part. 11 (15.03 – 29.03).

By inviting us to politicize our gaze and the medium of photography, Pierre-Olivier Arnaud’s work offers a reflection on images and their modes of production, dissemination, and consumption. His images stem from a practice of collecting photographs, particularly of advertising imagery found in magazines or public spaces. As witnesses to a society’s imagination and economy, these images—perhaps more than any others—question our desires and the intentions behind these representations.

For the second part of his exhibition, Pierre-Olivier Arnaud revisits the previous installation and incorporates new images. This new display echoes his concept with a subtle shift, offering a renewed perception of both the works and the exhibition space.

Nouveaux Eléments, part. 11 will also feature projects created in collaboration with Denis Savary (Josy’s Club) and Nick Oberthaler (Sets de table #4 Regular Blind Set (Paris Edit)).

In the Showroom Bar, Pierre-Olivier Arnaud brings together works by Marc Camille Chaimowicz, Koenraad Dedobbeleer, Fiona Mackay, and Lin May Saeed.
